Job Description

Primary Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for Installation and Troubleshooting Operating System, Desktops, Printer, Networking Device, Internet, Remote Desktop and all types of applications, drivers, and necessary updates
2. Responsible for Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Desktops, Servers, and their operating system.
3. Responsible for Security Management (Configuration and Maintenance server security, user account & password generation, antivirus, windows update, security policy, log files, patch upgrade,
backup etc.)
4. Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 
5. Use all means possible to assist users including by phone, via email, in-person, MS Teams or using remote support tools.
6. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
7. Knowledge of office 365, MS team, One Drive and SharePoint and anti-virus programs
8. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
9. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking, etc.
10. Maintain pro-activeness on alerts/tasks by using tools.
11. Manage and maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
12. Providing assistance for auditing systems access reviewing / correcting who has access to the infrastructure, MS (Teams SharePoint and email), folders and 3rd party hosted platforms for both Staff and Client.
13. Providing assistance for auditing licenses, along with the business application owners, to help ensure the company is correctly licensed.
